What role does Paul OMalley Associates play in the VMP?
Paul OMalley Associates works closely with the management team during the start-up phase of the VMP: data collection and analysis; strategy formulation; and the creation and launch of execution plans. Once plans are in place, Paul OMalley Associates facilitates a monthly meeting of the management team at which operating results are reviewed in the context of the strategy, and adjustments are made to the strategy and operating plans. Coaching and consultation are also provided between monthly meetings.
