DCSS will enforce the health insurance coverage provision by requiring the coverage of the child(ren) on the employer-provided insurance plans. Siskiyou Modoc DCSS does not monitor or collect unreimbursed medical expenses unless the parent has obtained a judgment in court for those amounts.
