This is a good one. You are assuming modern society is not archaic. Truth is any society that kills it’s most vulnerable humans to cover up the sure convicting proof of rape, incest, and adultery is nothing short of barbaric. The same as China at the height of it’s Empire was barbaric too, but few “modern” societies can compete with how civilized it all was. The faith of Abraham is just as valid, exactly the way it was for him as for us. We have technologies they did not have, but we have eveyone of the evils they had and more.
