in the big bang theory it says that before planets were formed there was once 1 big mass of matter in the universe, then this 1 big mass exploded forming stars, planets and etc. eventually, these planets, stars and other heavenly bodies will collide once again into 1 big mass…gravitational pull among these bodies plus the centripetal force (oposite to centrifugal force) which pull the objects together are the main players of this collision..after collision another big is expected to happen once more…of course this happens in billions of billions of years…
