What role can I expect to hold during a Medical Reserve Corps response effort?
A member’s role will depend upon the following factors: • Type, magnitude, duration, and severity of the incident • Roles identified by incident command staff as necessary for the response effort • Member’s skills, interests, and licensure MRC staff will make role assignments based on resource needs and availability. You can be assured that you will not be asked to perform a role that you are not prepared for.
