The minimum requirement you will need to complete for ROIpro On-Demand configuration is your outgoing mail server, or Mail Transfer Agent (MTA). The Mail Transfer Agent setting should be set to the SMTP option; once SMTP is selected, you can then fill in the details for your company’s outgoing mail server. If you do not set your outgoing mail server, you will not receive system-generated notifications, workflow alerts, and email campaigns will not be sent.
