When establishing an infrastructure to support digital copying, you should ensure that the required copyright warning notices are placed on or near scanners and library terminals, that each licensed electronic copy and communication carries the required warning notice, and that the material being communicated is password protected and can only be accessed by students and staff of the university. Copyright works made available on-line in reliance on Part VB must NOT be available for access by the general public.
