What rights/access does an authorised representative have to my personal information?
If you nominate an authorised representative you are giving them full access to your service. An authorised representative will have the same authority as you do to access information about the account, to make any changes to the products or services provided and may also cancel the service at your request, but will not be able to reconnect a service on your behalf.
