Honeywell’s 0.8um process is supported by Cadence (Tality) PDK’s (Process Development Kit) including RF Spectre. BSIM3V3 models are available for SMART SPICE simulations as well as “S” parameter data at various bias points for small signal simulations. Graphics data (GDSII) is supported by either Cadence or Mentor.
