Xfmea currently provides three methods of revision tracking, as follows: • For each item, function, failure, effect, cause, action and control record, the application displays the date/time of the last change made to the record in a status bar at the bottom of the corresponding Properties window (e.g. Item Properties window). For databases with Login Security enabled, the application also displays the name of the user who last made changes to the record. • The application allows you to manage baseline versions of the database, which are essentially complete backups of the database at a particular point in time that you can roll back to (or restore) when desired. This can be done in the Revision Tracking and Management window and is in addition to (and different from) the existing database backup functionality included in the software. • The Revision Tracking and Management window also displays a log of the date/time for every login to the database.
