What return options will be available for customers who use online ordering tools like HP SureSupply, hpshopping.com, etc., or who don live near a Staples location?
HP continues to provide customers with several free, postage-paid return options at www.hp.com/recycle, including return envelopes, bulk collection boxes and printable labels for HP inkjet cartridges. This change will not affect the return of HP LaserJet print cartridges, which will continue to include in-box postage-paid return and recycling labels. Bulk collection boxes are also available for HP LaserJet cartridges at www.hp.com/recycle. For customers not near one of the 1,500 Staples locations in the U.S., HP plans to introduce additional retail partners in early 2009.
