A. Approximately 31,000 sf of retail and office space at 65, 125, and 175 Mercado Street is currently available for lease with various tenants. Uses may include restaurants, book stores, coffee shop, sundries, dry cleaners, wine and liquor stores, boutiques, and medical/dental offices. A bank proposed for a site at the entry to Confluence Avenue from the second roundabout is in the planning stages for completion in 2009.
