Could anyone recommend retail banks in Latin America that have excellent cards & payment operations? The key areas that I am trying to identify are: Retail Banking / Commercial and Private Cards / Payments / Fraud / Risk Management / Technology / Mobile Banking / Remittances etc… I am working on putting together the first pan-regional event/conference that looks at how retail banks approach cards and payment program development. I would appreciate any suggestions / recommendations of people from retail banks that would have the best knowledge of local issues within their countries and across Latin America.
