Thus far $138K has been paid to 13 companies that have completed projects. Each project has focused on one or more of the ADI metrics; FAST (lead time), EFFICIENT (cycle time), FLEXIBLE (set-up time), CAPABLE (quality), and COMPACT (space utilized). The average percent change in these categories has been significant. The projects have resulted in a 57% reduction in lead time, 21% reduction in cycle time, 53% reduction in set-up time, 25% quality improvement, and 42% space reduction.
