What restaurants are gluten free, or have gluten free menus in Hilton head?
I don’t know of anything specifically. But you might just want to google “gluten free hilton head” I don’t know how allergic you are to gluten, but I know that some people can’t even be at the same table as a person eating it. If it isn’t that serious, chances are that any nice restaurant will have a chef that will be more than happy to get a challenge like that. Vegans usually have similar problems, and Chefs are almost always very accommodating of special dietary needs.
