Security is, first and foremost, the responsibility of the individual candidate. The recruiting organization will also take some responsibility, to the extent agreed in the employment contract. We discuss security at the interview stage and brief candidates on the latest security issues. However, we disclaim all responsibility for candidates security, either before, during or after taking up an overseas position.
