What resources does Wharton provide for job search outside the US?
Many international companies come to campus to recruit Wharton students. The MBA career management office continues to increase the efforts to bring more companies to campus every year. In addition to on-campus recruiting, the MBA career management office helps in organizing Career Treks with specific regional targets. These treks give students the opportunity to take on-site tours of companies and meet with upper-level management and human resources representatives within specific geographic regions. Treks are usually combined with Wharton Alumni receptions to help students tap into networks in the cities they are targeting. Treks give students the opportunity to experience life in the city theyre interested in. Student regional clubs (Europe, China, India, Latin America etc.) are another excellent source to explore career opportunities outside the US.
