What resources are available to help me understand the composition of the NIEM based HSEEP Data Exchange standards?
NIEM provides a number of resources to assist users in its implementation. Reusable components and IEPDs are part of a suite of NIEM tools and resources that users are able to leverage and which are designed to assist them with their HSEEP data exchange processes. These also include a data dictionary, the Schema Subset Generation Tool, an Information Exchange Package Documentation (IEPD) tool, a component mapping template, and a help desk. The National Information Sharing Standards help desk consists of an online knowledge base, which is available 24×7, and live technical support staff who are available from 9 a.m. 8 p.m. (EST) Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays, at 1-877-333-5111, 1-703-726-1919, or by email at nisshelp@ijis.org .
