What resources are available for my program/event in the Dudley H. Davis Student Center?
You can expect premium customer service at a state–of–the–art facility. Our services include: • Event Services: including scheduling, logistics, and delivery of your event. All reservation requests for the Davis Center will be routed through CAES but approved by our staff here. • Catering Services: a dedicated team of professionals led by Food Service director to ensure that every food and beverage need is taken care of • Custodial Services: our own custodial service team to ensure a clean and safe environment • Audio/Visual Media Services: all of our meeting and program space will have state–of–the–art audio–visual equipment including built–in LCD projectors with automated projection screens. We will have a trained team of student technicians led by a full–time dedicated technical services coordinator to service media needs for events and programs.
