What Resource parameters that the Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) submits in the Current Operating Plan (COP) coincide with what is registered?
Registration data in the Resource Asset Registration Form (RARF) will be used within ERCOT systems as initial values. QSEs may change a limited set of parameters for operational purposes. The data submitted within the COP by the QSE will need to be aligned with the naming of the Resource and within the reasonability limits (provided by the Resource Entity in the RARF), for example: high/low reasonability limits.
