Registration data in the Resource Asset Registration Form (RARF) will be used within ERCOT systems as initial values. QSEs may change a limited set of parameters for operational purposes. The data submitted within the Current Operating Plan (COP) (by the QSE) will need to be aligned with the naming of the resource and within the reasonability limits (provided by the resource entity in the RARF), for example: high/low reasonability limits.
