Submitted movies must have a minimum resolution of 640 x 480 (VGA resolution) and a maximum resolution of 1440 x 1080. No PAL or SECAM submissions please. Movies shot on point-and-shoot digital cameras or cell phones may be lower resolution than 640 x 480 and really, truly, may not show up on a large screen. While we want to be as open as possible to amateur filmmakers, we will not accept films below the minimum resolution requirement.
