What resolution and sample-rate are used for the recordings?

The recorder always records at 16 bit, 44.1kHz. Using the different recording modes, recording time is increased by limiting bandwidth. You’ll notice a slight loss of frequencies in the upper range above 10kHz as the recording mode is changed from “Normal” to “Economy.
