What research is there to support the contention that these surveys offer valid and consistent measures of the quality of education?
The survey instruments were tested and validated during the national pilot in October 2007. The national pilot played a key role in validating the measurement qualities of the instrument, and in testing the instrument in a diverse range of organisational and educational settings. The surveys are underpinned by decades of research on the assessment and evaluation of training.
