To benefit from all the Mailbox Exchange functions you will need to use Outlook 2003, for which Microsoft requires installation of Windows XP operating system with Service Pack 2. In particular, you can have your contact list, calendar, diary etc synchronised between your PC and the server, beside the mail, only if you use Outlook 2003.
