What reports or historical logs does e-FAQ maintain?
e-FAQ maintains logs of the all inquiries submitted to e-FAQ, those matched and responded to by e-FAQ, and those not matched and forward to a predetermined mailbox. There are a number of web-based reports that show the inquiry history, entry ranking, user tracking and no results lists categories. There is also an option to run a report based on a variety of search parameters. Also, an e-FAQ system administrator can build reports based on these logs that can organize the log information in a variety of ways.
