What reports does HC Tracker generate?
HC Tracker generates a full range of audit reports. The Rotation Report can be run for any date range. The Rotation Reports also permit the use of any or all of the following filters: Sponsor; Designated Area; Site Designation; Discipline; Ethnicity; County and Rotation Length. Additionally, the information may be grouped by Site Designation, Student or Discipline. Program Reports may also be generated for any date range. The Program Report permits the use of any or all of the following filters: People Type; Program Type; Discipline; County; AHEC Center or Status. The report may be grouped by Program Type, Participant or Discipline. The Employment Trends Analysis filters by People Type (Administrator, Faculty, Preceptors, etc.), Designated Areas, and/or Disciplines. Any number of years may be included. The NHSC Vacancies Report, if desired, can be filtered by City and/or County. There is also an option to include the filled NHSC jobs. The Federal Reports include UPR Reports (Tables 13
