What reports do subrecipients have to submit to Finance & Management?
Subrecipients must submit the Subrecipient Annual Report to the Department of Finance & Management within 45 days after their fiscal year ends. This report consolidates two separate reports that were previously required: the Certification of Audit Requirement and the Subrecipient Schedule of Federal Expenditures. This new consolidated report contains many of the same data elements as the old reports but is easier and less confusing to complete. This report is the method the State of Vermont uses to identify which of its subrecipients require a Single Audit.
