What reports are required if there is a runoff election?

A runoff election will require the candidate or committee involved in the election to file at least one additional campaign financial disclosure statement. The following reports must be filed: Pre-Runoff. A campaign financial disclosure statement must be filed no later than seven (7) days before the runoff election, reporting all contributions and expenditures from the last day of any prior report through the tenth (10th) day before the election. Additional Reports. The candidate or committee involved in the runoff election will also be required to continue to file quarterly and/or semi-annual supplemental campaign financial disclosure reports as long as the campaign account is open. Please see Question 7 for additional information on these reports.
