What reports are available from the ECHO site?
1. The summary results report is the first screen you see after a facility query is run. It contains a list of facility names meeting your search criteria along with the number of inspections (5 years), quarters in non-compliance (3 years), formal enforcement actions (5 years), and informal enforcement actions (5 years). A yes/no indicator is used to designate whether a facility has current significant violations. Case searches list federal cases that meet your search criteria along with additional information about the case.
