Queen Victoria was raised a Roman Catholic by her father (The Duke of Kent) and her mother (Princess Victoria of Saxe-Coburg-Saalfeld) and stayed a “role model” Roman Catholic for many years. Once Queen Victoria was about 51 years old she converted to a Protestant crusader. Later on in her reign she started to change again. Her attitude changed in the way she portrayed herself publically and privately seemed different. She then, portrayed herself as a philo – Catholic.
