Actually I know tons of people of different religions and even some athiests who celebrate Christmas just not for its spiritual connotation. They only look it as a time family comes together or an exchanging of gifts comes into play. Someone already answered your question though, it is a cultural celebration with no religious affiliation. Anyone can celebrate it if they really wanted to and had an open mind.
