What Relief will be provided under the Marsh Settlement Agreement?
The Settlement provides for the establishment of a settlement fund of more than $69 million, a large portion of which will be distributed to Settlement Class Members. The precise amount distributed to Settlement Class Members will depend on the level of participation in the Settlement. Amounts for administrative expenses will be deducted from the total amount available for distribution to the Settlement Class, but the settlement fund will earn interest, which will supplement the amount available for distribution. No attorneys fees or expenses or incentive awards to named Plaintiffs will be paid from the settlement fund. Marsh will pay those amounts separately. Back to top Why did I receive this Notice?
