What regulations apply to the limousine industry?
Erinmills meets all regulatory and insurance requirements to operate in Ontario. All limousine companies are required to obtain an operator’s license and insurance before they can do business in Ontario, but there is not full enforcement. This puts the responsibility on the buyer to check that the company being considered is fully licensed, qualified and insured.
