The FE-230 records still images in JPEG format in accordance with Design Rule for Camera File System (DCF) specifications, supporting the following standards: Exif 2.21, PRINT Image Matching III (PIM3), and PictBridge. It records movies with audio in AVI Motion JPEG format. Each mode has multiple resolution options depending upon which quality mode is selected.
