What recently happened between Joe Buck and Artie Lange?
Joe Buck and Artie Lange had an interesting exchange Tuesday night at the debut of HBO’s Joe Buck Live, with Lange telling several off-color jokes on TV and then getting even more ribald during a web-only “overtime” segment. Lange’s jokes — mostly at the expense of Buck — were sexual and scatological in nature, and Buck seemed to feel that they were well beyond the realm of what was acceptable, even for HBO. Both Buck and HBO Sports President Ross Greenburg told USA Today afterward that they thought Lange crossed the line. “You know, it’s cable, you can get away with it,” Buck said of Lange’s comments. “It’s not my style.
