What really happened on board the Marmara?
Well, I find it hard to believe that the Israelis dropped crack troops from helicopters having them only armed with paintball rifles given the history of Israeli commando strikes in the past. Nor do I believe that they were gentle given the history of repeated disporportionate use of force that is a hallmark of Israeli military behavior. I suppose if they did their usual kick down the door and start yelling and destroying property ( something they trained the Americans to do in Iraq) that they might engender a little opposition especially from the Turks who don’t take kindly to being humiliated. Why they used helicopters is a mystery to me–usually one puts a shot across the bow and sends in a boarding party or two which is a slower but certainly more secure way of doing things. ??? So maybe the UN will come up with a report which everyone but the Israelis will accept as true like for what happened in Gaza and the US lap dogs will bow wow along. ????? and those who want to exonerate Is
