IPOA owns the Clubhouse/Barn, the adjacent boatyard, the IPOA home at the main entrance to Idlewilde, the pond, the grounds to the east of the pond to FM 3186, the grounds west of the pond to the rear of properties in Block 9 ( known as the park), the Section 1 reserve located along old Fm 356, and two Idlewilde lots.
