What ranks will get new homes?
We’ll be building new homes for all ranks, from junior enlisted to general officer. Dakota Ridge will be on the west side of Harr between the golf course and Patriot Elementary, and will house junior enlisted. One feature of this area is that half the homes will have two car garages. Senior enlisted and junior officers will be able to move into duplexes in Iroquois Village, on the old hospital site. And we’ll support our expanding senior officer population with new homes on Ute Hill, too.
