What Radiation Comes Out of X-Rays?

It is ionizing radiation or electromagnetic radiation. It is produced by accelerating electrons at a target and converting it…those electrons into radiation. It is a non-harmful dose of radiation. There are multiple levels of it. We can increase the strength of the x-ray beam, making it a harder beam, so to speak, producing more side effects but…and increasing the strength of the radiation. But again, it is…most of your diagnostic x-rays are done with a non-harmful dose of electron…electromagnetic radiation. Beyond that, the next step up from radiation in radiation would be gamma, which would be more on the therapeutic level, but most diagnostic procedures are not done at that extreme level.
