Hi, you are entitled to ask as many questions as you like when buying a parrot, be thorough too. Things I would ask would be… age, where has the parrot lived previously, any health issues past or present, dietry requirements, what diet is the parrot on at moment, it is important to keep the food the same, ask about any behavioural problems ie biting and dislikes etc. It is good to know as much as possible about your new parrot as you will want to keep him/her in the best health and give it the best happy long life too.
