What questions are usually asked on a 3rd interview?
Hello! Recently, I was asked to have a job interview at Staples with a manager. It went great, so they asked me to come the second day with another manager. That went great also and I was asked to come to a third interview with the store’s general manager. I would just like to know what type of questions would be asked on the third interview. On the first interview, I was asked questions about my skills and experience. The manager also explained my possible hours. She also said that if the next interview went well, then a final third interview would happen. The second interviewer asked me more personal questions and described scenarios, then asked me what I would do in these situations. She then said that if I would be called for a third interview, they would do a background check.
