What Quest accounts cannot be accommodated in FormFox?

Walgreens, Target, Home Depot, Exxon Mobil, Shell Oil & Lowes because their form types have special instructions and/or affidavits for the donor to sign. Quest needs to contact the corporate offices of these accounts to see if they can use FormFox. DOT look–alike accounts are not currently supported on FormFox at this time.
