What quantities of celery, parsley and carrot do I use in the morning juice on “The Liver Cleansing Diet”?
Use 1 – 2 medium sized carrots, 2 sticks of celery and a sprig of parsley; this is sufficient for one person. Increase if there is more than one person. You are not limited to this recipe and may use other combinations of fresh vegetables.
