What quality requirements are there for cell phones or PDAs?
We will buy cell phones that rate 7 or higher on a 1 – 10 scale. Phones that are 7 or higher are phones that have only minor wear/tear marks, with no visible cracks, breaks or missing parts. The phone must power on with clear screens and can make a test call. We buy cell phones and PDA’s in various conditions but discount reasonably & accordingly for noticeable wear or damage. We will buy high end phones that have issues and will discount according to the issue or damage. All phones must be free and clear of any contract so they can be actived by a third party on an active network.
