We have a special process that maximizes our Kbps (KiloBits Per Second = audio fidelity). This allows BitCandy to stream an audio signal more efficiently and often of a much higher quality than our competitors (especially on our top tier subscription model). We estimate that our free signal is comparable to a 56 Kbps mp3/aac stream, our paid mid tier stream is about 108 kbps mp3/aac stream, and our premier stream is about 192 kbps (and above) mp3/aac stream.
