When a new project begins, we offer to deliver a test batch to your library for review. This review period allows you to determine that your local requirements are being followed and the quality of the cataloging meets your standards. During the project, we follow rigorous quality standards and experienced staff members review all work. Additionally, before delivering files to your library, all records undergo a final quality assurance step.
