What quality assurance procedures are in place?
As standard, each and every transcript is examined by a dedicated, full time proof reader, whose sole responsibility in the organisation is to ensure all transcripts are of the highest possible quality. This means that each ambiguous passage is examined by at least two people. Additional QA measures are available as required. Please contact us for a quote. Any required revisions are completed at no extra cost, and a discount offered in the unlikely event of careless errors.
