What Quality Assurance Measures Are In Place?
Stonelea Healthcare is committed to ensuring that service users are fully consulted about matters that are significant to the running of the home or about matters that might affect their wellbeing or quality of life. Service users comments are actively sought during regular meetings with management and staff within the home. Those with dementia can participate in these meetings and are able to use family, friends or advocates in order to express any desires or concerns they may have. Quality Assurance Questionnaires are distributed annually for service users, families or representatives to make confidential comments or suggestions in order to improve the way in which care is delivered or the way the home operates. Service users are actively involved in the recruitment of staff as appropriate.
