What qualities do employers look for in hiring a paralegal?
As one might expect, the same qualities that make for a good paralegal student also make for a good paralegal employee. In addition, employers will be reviewing your academic background. In our area, many employers are seeking someone with either an Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree or a certificate from an ABA approved program. A few employers require the Bachelor’s degree.
